The Emperors love playing Beach Boys' songs. The Emperors and The Beach Boys were both formed during the 1961/62 School year and both bands were extremely Popular with their high schools. The Emperors went to Millikan High School and the Beach Boys were from Hawthorne High School. The Emperors rehearse every week to practice their harmonies and this is why "they sound so good."
